Mercy has been in the title industry for 11 years having prior held her real estate license in the State of Hawaii. While at Fidelity, she has received the President’s Club Award, based on sales for several years. She is well loved in the industry and is known to be a ‘techie’, thirsty for anything technology related. Additionally, she is a total team player who thinks outside the box and embraces brainstorming to come up with new, positive ideas that help support customers.
Mercy’s first grown-up job in sales was working at Budget Rent a Car. Then in 1990 started in the real estate industry working at an appraisal company, thereafter got my real estate license in 1997 before working at Fidelity National Title.
Mercy was born in Indonesia. She is married to Jorma, her husband. When she’s not in the office or out in the field working, Mercy enjoys Maui and loves visiting San Francisco.
